The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
The Good:
Comfortable helm area
Convenient holding tank gauge and discharge
Big garbage cabinet
The Bad:
Cabin stairs lights should only illuminate downwards
B&G Monitor screen should be higher and closer to helm
Missing red night working lights
Reflection of red/green navigation on forward pulpits
Self tack track could be longer
Engine hours not showing on B&G screen
Fuel and Water tank gauges not showing on B&G
Not enough storage of navigation essentials in helm area
Two big stoves next to each other, cant simultaneously use them with big pots, should be big-small-big-small
Both blackwater sensors are faulty
Flybridge USB problem. 1 of them not working
Flybridge cushion back is not working
Emergency tiller not secured properly and falling onto engine
Constant squeeking from galley cabinets
Both bilge pump wells have 2 hoses with open shutoff valves. Where are they connected to?
Port bilge pump turning on and off during even the slightest weather
VHF nite mode needed
Engine data display needs nite mode
The Ugly:
NO SPACE IN KITCHEN FOR OPEN LIQOR BOTTLES TO STAY UPRIGHT!! 42 had many.
FREEZER SETTING SO EXPOSED, EASY TO BE CHANGED BY MISTAKE. While closing the upper fridge, if the food inside touches and turms the dial, the freezer unfrosts. Happened already.
Helm is dangerously tight and close to deck – feet can get caught easily causing damage to person as well as autopilot
Not enough handles to safely walk around esp in and around flybridge
The adjustable seat near the table could have joined the stairs to make a corner seat
The wind covers could ve included the side stairs inside, so you could go up without catching bad weather.
Wind covers could go till down more properly, there’s two fingers height empty space for wind to come in
AIS error few times a day requiring reboot of B&G — AIS ERR
VHF AIS stopped transmitting. Required removing and remounting the fuse to recover.
VHF software update ?
Flybridge VHF stalled and not responsive. Powered off and on.
Additional software updates needed. But screen not showing the device name to locate its developer.
