  • Designed, coded, implemented and supported Canadian tax reporting systems including T3, T4, T5, T5008, QI 1099 and QI 1042S.
  • Built COBOL/CICS/VSAM and AFP-based tax form and statement solutions.
  • Managed Basel-II delivery with teams in Toronto and Luxembourg.
  • Took over red-flagged multi-country regulatory reporting and delivered on time and budget.
  • Led application development and maintenance for RBC Caribbean with 133 staff across multiple jurisdictions and about 165 applications.
